This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Website, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its contents, including but not limited to texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, and, in general, any creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.
Access to and/or use of the Website confers the status of user (the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access. If the User does not accept these conditions, they must refrain from using the Website.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction they may be entitled to, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, unless consumer and user regulations establish the jurisdiction of the courts of the User’s domicile.
